"Thank goodness I don't have to deal with them to much, just pay my bill. BUT that staff is always so helpful and happy to see you. I get a little busy with life and they will call to remind me to pay my bill. Not sure of how many other offices would go to that level to make sure I don't lapse my coverage. Always there for my needs and hope that when I really need them, the case will still be the same."
