"Thank goodness I don't have to deal with them to much, just pay my bill. BUT that staff is always so helpful and happy to see you. I get a little busy with life and they will call to remind me to pay my bill. Not sure of how many other offices would go to that level to make sure I don't lapse my coverage. "I have been personally taken care of so many times by Sheila at State Farm. Since my husband died she has helped me get through two claims, a new vehicle, divesting myself of three vehicles, and a change of address on everything. I just finished a phone call with her inquiring if I had received a bill that was overdue (I hadn’t). She knows my situation and has done everything she can to help me through this bumpy road.
